Cancellations/Rescheduling

A 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Less than 12 hours of notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a ban from future bookings and forfeiture of your deposit. If a deposit is not on file, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to the card in file. If the card on file is declined, expired, invalid, or otherwise unsuccessful, an invoice for the applicable fee will be sent to the client. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. Future appointments will also require a deposit to secure the booking.

Lateness

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for most appointments (excluding services scheduled for 15 minutes or less). To be considered on time, you must be inside the studio and ready to be serviced before the grace period ends. Arriving at the building, checking in, using the bathroom, or otherwise being unavailable for your appointment does not stop the late time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. If we are still able to accommodate you, a $10 late fee will be applied. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable and will be forfeited if your appointment is cancelled due to lateness.
